2017 Outdoor: Participated in nine events during the MIAA Championship weekend … captured two second place marks in the high jump (5’4.25”) and heptathlon (4910) … her 4,910 points was a NCAA DII provisional score … added four third place finishes as well in the 200 (25.66), 800 (2:24.42), long jump (18’5.25”), and triple jump (39’7”) … won at four events in the triple jump and another as part of the 4x400 team on the way to participating at the MIAA Championships.
Indoor:  Performed at the NCAA Division II games by taking two eighth place finishes in the 800 meter (2:24.63) and long jump (17’9.75) … accumulated a provisional point total of 3,628 in the pentathlon for second place at the MIAA Championships … added a second-place mark in the high jump after eclipsing a height of 5’3.75” and another one in the long jump with distance of 18’2.25” … leaped toward three victories in the triple jump on her way to a third-place finish, while taking third in the 800 meter  as well at the MIAAs  … also captured fourth in the 60 hurdles (9.18) … picked up two second place finishes in the long jump (17’8.75) and triple jump (38’0”) in the second event of the indoor season; her 38’0” jump.

Prior to Southern - Ran track for Coach Erin Schaffer and the Hornets for four years...was the 2013 MSHSAA Class 1 state champion in the triple jump, finished 4th in the 400 meters, and fifth in the long jump...finished fifth in triple jump at the state meet in both her sophomore and freshman seasons...set six school records during her career at St. Elizabeth HS - 36'3" in the triple jump, 59.90 in the 400 meters, 16'3" in the long jump, 52.22 in the 300 meter hurdles, and both the 4x200 and 4x400 meter relay teams...on the basketball court Allie earned All-Conference, All-District, and All-State honors in both her junor and senior campaigns while helping the Hornets to three Class 1 District 9 titles...on the softball diamond Heckemeyer was an All-District and All-Region outfielder while helping St. Elizabeth HS to back-to-back district and sectional championships.

Personal - A Health Promotion and Wellness major at Southern...daughter of Leroy and Sheila Heckemeyer...has one brother, Austin...mother Sheila was a two sport athlete at MSSU, playing basketball in 1984 and softball 1985-86.
