John Futch Joins Maus Warwick Matthews & Co.

John Futch

Maus Warwick Matthews & Co. has hired John Futch, according to the firm.

Futch joins the real estate agency as a commercial real estate broker, according to the firm.

Futch, who was born and raised in Chapel Hill, has recently been focused on land deals and is interested in office, industrial and land use.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2018.

Futch also has an associate’s degree from Cape Fear Community College in fire protection technology. He is a certified firefighter in the state.
