BUY NOW – PAY LATER!

These Pay later terms apply between you and this store where you purchase your goods, tickets, or services when you choose Pay later as your payment method. Please note that Pay later can only be used by consumers.  When you choose Pay later, we offer you the possibility to pay on a due date 30 days from the shipment of the goods or tickets/availability date of the services or digital content. We assign our claim for payment due on your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction to pay directly to Klarna or, if you have opted for Autopay, we will notify you in due time of upcoming payments, which will be debited automatically on the due date. In case you have opted in for Klarna’s Monthly Invoice and aggregation service, Klarna will bundle your Pay later invoices made within a certain cycle and send you a monthly invoice aggregating all Pay later purchases, instead of sending you individual invoices for each purchase. This also means that the credit time for each individual invoice within the aggregation service will vary between 14-45 days depending on when in the aggregation cycle the invoice purchase was made and the goods shipped/services were provided. All Pay later invoice purchases made, and where the goods have been shipped/services provided, until the cut-off date (which is the 1st of each month) will be collected on the same Klarna Monthly invoice. Purchases made after the cut-off date, or where shipment of the goods/delivery of the services are made after the cut-off date, will be added to the next Monthly Invoice. A Monthly Invoice will be sent to you on the 2nd of each month and if you have opted in for automatic withdrawals, payments will be withdrawn on the 15th of each month.

Klarna offers you Buyer’s Protection which means for example that you do not have to pay for the ordered goods until you have received them and that Klarna will assist you with problems related to your purchase. For more information and instructions please see here

COSTS AND FEES

We charge an invoice fee of 0 € per purchase. If you are in delay, Klarna can claim for each reminder compensation for the damage caused thereby by way of a lump sum of 1.85 €. You are entitled to prove that Klarna had no or only a lower damage.

CREDIT CHECK AND HANDLING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

If you choose Pay later Klarna will assess your creditworthiness. Klarna processes your personal data in order to carry out our obligations in this agreement and for the additional purposes set out in our Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice is available here, and on our website, and by using Klarna’s services you confirm that you have read this Notice. We process your personal data for example to identify you and perform customer analysis, credit assessments, marketing, and business development. We may also transfer your data to selected partners (such as credit reference bureaus), which may be established outside of the EU/EEA. In the Privacy Notice there is more information about our data sharing, your rights in regards to your data, how you may contact us with questions, or submit a complaint to an authority.
