Please complete this application to be considered for the RISE Teacher Leadership Fellowship. The deadline to apply is September 30, 2019 at 8:00AM CST. Accepted applicants will be notified by October 7, 2019.

Eligibility Requirements:
1. Must be a Teach For America alum with at least 3 full years of teaching experience
2. Must be committed to working in Chicago or Northwest Indiana schools through the 2020-2021 school year
3. Must be a current classroom teacher or teacher leader (example titles include: teacher, mentor teacher, master teacher, case manager, teacher coach, department chair, grade level chair, dean, college counselor)
4. Available to attend all six evening sessions from 5:30-7:30pm on 10/23, 11/20, 12/18, 1/15, 2/12, and 3/18 at the Teach For America Chicago office
5. Desire to grow in ability to lead other teachers and to learn in a collaborative cohort environment
