This is a sign up for a free lacrosse clinic at Rocky Mountain High Schools small gym on December 4th from 6-730 as well as a free clinic at Fossil Ridge High School on December 12th from 615-815.
Who: Any high school aged girl who wishes to try out lacrosse, from any high school

What: Skills and drills led by Rocky Mountain High School coaches and players

Where and When:
-Rocky Mountain High December 4th small gym from 6-730
-Fossil Ridge High December 12th main gym from 615-815

Why: This is to introduce lacrosse to anyone who is curious about playing in the spring on the Varsity or Jv team. This is a great, non-pressure opportunity to learn the basics, to meet current players and coaches, to get some exercise and have fun!
Other info:
-We will have equipment to borrow, you just need to bring indoor athletic shoes, a water bottle and a mouth guard
-You may attend one or both of the sessions, please just indicate that on the following questionnaire
-Please arrive at  least 10 minutes before the start time
