2020 Call for Proposals
The call for proposals for the 2020 Southeastern Postsecondary Education Alliance (SEPSEA) Conference is now open. The conference is scheduled for May 21-22, 2020 and will be held at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. The theme this year is On a Roll: Transition, Inclusion & Determination into Employment.

We are seeking presentations that represent best practices in inclusive postsecondary education for K-12 educators/transition specialists, college & university professionals,  and family members.

Presentations will be an hour in length.

All presentation rooms will be equipped with screens, projectors, a presentation table, and Internet access. Presenters should bring their own laptops.

Presenters will receive a discounted registration fee.

Proposals are due January 27, 2020

Presentations will be scored based on the following:
-Importance of the Topic to the Field: Rationale for the presentation (5 points) + Measurable participant outcomes (3 points) + Appropriateness of the content (2 points) = 10 points
-Usefulness to Practitioners: How the session will translate into improved practice (20 points)
-Relevance to Institutions of Higher Education, Families, Students and/or other Agencies, etc. (10 points)
-Evidence of the Effectiveness of the Practice or Content to be Presented (10 points)
