This folder contains teaching materials for Unix Shell: Working with Data

The data used in this session comes from the MIMIC Critical Care Database, which is accessible through this link: https://mimic.physionet.org/ You can view the license information for this dataset within project_dir/mimic-iii-clinical-database-demo-1.4/LICENSE.txt.

A description of the commands used in this demo will be added to this repository shortly.
