Current opportunities:

Friday Fest is on the 3rd Friday located on Minutemen Cswy.

The Downtown Farmer’s Market is on the 4th Saturday of every month,

and located on the corner of N. Brevard Ave & 1st St. North.

 

general Vendor Information

Spaces are limited and must be paid in full prior to the event.

Standard spaces are 10x10 and Double spaces are 10x20.

You are responsible for your own tent, tables, extension cords, etc. and most important, bright lighting for night events. (No one stops at a dark tent)

Battery operated or solar lights are NOT suggested. Bright is better.

Electric is available, but not guaranteed at Friday Fest.

Electric is NOT available at the Farmers Market.

**A portable power station such as, Jackery Explorer 290, works great providing power for lighting. It is an investment, but no more extension cords to worry with.

Friday Fest Vendor Information:

Food Vendor Information:

  • Food Vendors are located in the old City Hall parking lot, corner of S. Brevard and Minutemen Cswy.

  • You will not be able to get into the parking lot until after 4:30.

  • Because of the road closure for the event the only way to get into the parking lot is to go west on First St South then go Right on S. Brevard Ave - 1 block on the right is the parking lot. Next to the Fire Station. But you must come in off of S. Brevard.

ALL OTHER VENDORS:

  • Setup begins at 4pm, Friday on Minutemen Causeway. That is Downtown Cocoa Beach, 1 S. Orlando Ave if you need an address for directions.

  • Please plan on being set up and ready to sell by 5:30pm. 

  • The event starts at 6pm, but people will be walking about earlier.

  • There will be people helping direct you when you arrive. 

  • Look for bright yellow caution vests. 

  • You will need to unload quickly and move your vehicle. 

  • Vendor vehicles will NOT be admitted on the street to unload after 5pm. 

  • There is no dedicated vendor parking.

  • Also, a reminder electric is available, but you need to bring lights, fan and extension cords. If at all possible, bring bright lights for you tent, NOT solar or battery operated, once the sun goes down you will need the extra light.

  • Cancellation Policy: If the event has to be cancelled, due to weather, an email will be sent by noon day of the event. Once the event has started no refunds will be given.

  • A set-up information and booth number email will be sent a day prior to event.
