If you struggle to help your kid with their math and science homework, and you can’t fix it by learning Common Core math online, then try calling or emailing AskRose Homework Help. Every school night, their trained student tutors are available to help students and guide them through math and science problems.

Students in grades 6-12 can call for help from Sunday to Thursday, 7-10 p.m. ET, at 877-Ask-Rose (877-275-7673). You can also ask your question through this web form, or start a live web chat during the same hours.

A full list of available dates is at the bottom of their About page. The site also offers some math, science, and study habit documents.

The AskRose tutors are college students at Indiana’s Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology—currently 14 engineering majors—recommended by the faculty and trained to tutor. They won’t give your student the answer; instead they’ll guide them through the problem. While the program was started to help Indiana students, they readily accept requests from any math or science student.
