Great Lakes & Missouri Valley – Joint Event

We are doing a joint rally with the MV Chapter which should be a great time for everyone. Depending on turnout, we may apply to the ACA Board of Directors to make this a Regional Rally. Here is the rally information:

Rally Dates: Arrive Wednesday, June 12th and depart on Sunday, June 16th, 2024 (4 nights)

Reservation Information: Call the Rustic Barn RV Park at 608-568-7797 to make a reservation for this rally. Make sure and tell whoever you talk to that you are with the American Coach Association and want one of the sites reserved for this rally. We have a block of 18 sites for this rally (17 pull-thru and 1 back-in) which are all 50 amp full hook up sites.  THE CUT-OFF DATE TO MAKE A RESERVATION IS APRIL 15, 2024. If we don’t fill our block of 18 sites by that date, they will revert to the RV park for public rental. If someone tries to make a reservation after April 15 it will be contingent on sites available to the public (first come, first serve); you will most likely be able to get a reservation in the park but may not be parked in a site near our block of rally sites.

Cost: Normal cost for a pull-thru site is $55.00 per night and $50.00 per night for a back-in site. We will receive a 10% discount during the rally so a pull-thru site will cost us $49.50 per night which is our rally rate. All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. The park cancellation policy is listed on their website. Basically, any cancellation made 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a complete refund minus a $10.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of scheduled check-in will forfeit one night’s stay. The check-in time is 2:00 pm or after. The campground has an Electric Vehicle charging rate of $15.00 per event.

Rally Fee: Rally fee is to be determined since it depends on whether we schedule any group events (example: pizza dinner, morning donuts, etc.) or outings during this rally that will cost the chapter some funds.

Rustic Barn Campground & RV Park address: 3854 Dry Hollow Road, Kieler, WI 53812. Their website address is:  https://rusticbarnrvpark.com

July 17-21 2024 - National Rally - The Amana Colonies, Amana Iowa

2024 ACA National Rally –
The Amana Colonies, Amana, Iowa
Hosted by Great Lakes Chapter

The 2024 American Coach National Rally will be held in Amana, Iowa from July 17th to the 21st.  This rally name, “Rally Between the Rivers”, was chosen because Iowa is the only state in the US having two parallel rivers defining its borders: The Mississippi on the east and the Missouri on the west!

The location is the Amana RV Park and Event Center. The facility was designed for rallies. The park offers 370 full hook-up sites and a climate-controlled 13,000 sq. ft. building with seating for 800. This building will host our dinners and entertainment.  Another building for vendors, and a building for seminars and a Performing Arts Center which will host our movie night.

The Amana colonies is comprised of seven unique villages connected by a 17- mile trail. An abundance of Arts & Crafts, Antiques, Breweries & Wineries, Restaurants & Museums await your exploration. Enjoy the authentic German ambiance, experience the culture of Amana and sample the delicious foods.

Your rally fee will include 4 nights of full hook-up parking, a first night welcome gathering of light hors d’oeuvres, two dinners, two breakfasts and two nights of entertainment. A Golf Outing (separate charge) & Ladies Luncheon (separate charge) is also being planned. Vendors and seminars.

Come join us for a fun time in Amana. The registration form is live on this site.  Don’t wait…. mark your calendars and register now so you don’t miss out on this fun rally.    CLICK2REGISTER

A little different twist on a “rally”. All meals are on your own or self-arranged pot-lucks, no rally fee, just pay for your own site and have fun with friends. Since it is near the dunes, many attendees will have off-road vehicles, fishing in the area, etc. This RV park fills up fast & early, so there may not be sites available at this time, but, Jeannine Caldwell has been responsible so far, 209-559-5727.

Florence Elks RV Campground

This rally will be held at the Florence Elks RV Campground, which is just north of town.  This one might be a bit more rustic than what we have become accustomed to, but we will make sure that it’s a fun one! Glenn & Jeannine Caldwell and John & Dwayla Carr will be hosting. So, give Dwayla or Jeannine a call to register!
