Cancellation Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Class reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the class to avoid losing credit for the class. To cancel your reservation, you may do so through your online account.  For a workshop/specialty class or series, unless otherwise noted within the workshop description, Epic regrets there are no refunds for cancelled reservations or missed sessions. 

Please be courteous to your fellow yogis and cancel your class reservations in advance.

We regret to inform you that we cannot cancel your reservation. ClassPass does not grant us permissions to do so. In addition, we cannot mark you down as having attended unless you attend. However, should you find that you will be more than 5 minutes late to class, we will allow you to take a later class that day should one be offered.

Also, we don't charge you for late-cancels and no-shows if you're signed up for OUR membership. (food for thought!)

  • View our schedule and register for class in advance to reserve your spot.

  • Arrive 15-20 minutes early so that you're not rushing around before class.
