Drawing from his expertise in all phases of litigation, Dan adeptly handles pre-litigation dispute resolution, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial proceedings.  Additionally, Dan has substantial experience in handling clients’ appellate matters, including cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Rhode Island Supreme Court. His comprehensive understanding of the legal process allows him to confidently navigate even the most intricate cases.

Dan has played a pivotal role in securing favorable results for clients. His contributions as part of a trial team in a patent infringement action before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts resulted in a victory for a valued client.
