Jessie M. Reniere

Associate Providence

Jessie is a corporate transactional attorney and a member of Hinckley Allen’s Corporate & Business group. She works with private middle-market businesses and public companies in various industries and advises clients on a wide variety of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate law. Jessie also regularly counsels clients through the review and negotiation of commercial contracts.

When advising clients, Jessie draws from her experience as in-house counsel. She previously served as Corporate Counsel at AAA Northeast, a member club of the American Automobile Association federation, where she supported various business lines including financial services, real estate, travel, and driving instruction.

Before law school, Jessie worked at IGT (formerly known as GTECH), a global gaming technology and services provider, in its Global Government Relations department, where she was responsible for compliance matters relating to global anti-corruption, lobbying, campaign-finance, and ethics.
