Female Gaze exhibit opens at Bellamy

WILMINGTON -- The Bellamy Mansion Museum will host The Female Gaze exhibit of original works by artists Michele and Addie Wuensch. The work will be displayed Feb. 12-March 21.

A reception, open to the public, will be held 6:30-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28.

Michele Wuensch received a BA in Studio Art from UNCW in 2006. She is a professional fine artist at The Handmade Life. She finds inspiration in nature, everyday experiences, dream images, her Christian faith and qigong.

Addie Wuensch is an artist from New York residing in Wilmington. She owns Bottega gallery and wine bar. Her artwork is modern multimedia paintings with social and political commentary.
